With effect from 22 July 2021 to 18 August 2021, one taxi may only carry a maximum of two passengers if they are not from the same household. Work colleagues / people from different household travelling together are subject to the 2 passengers rule. Members of the same household may travel together in the same taxi, even if more than 2 people.

Update on CEPAS (EZ-Link and NETS FlashPay) Payment Services
With immediate effect from 17 November 2020, CEPAS (EZ-Link) payment service will resume for our taxi fleet but CEPAS (NETS FlashPay) payment service will continue to be unavailable. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Cessation of CEPAS (EZ-Link and NETS FlashPay) Payment Services
With effect from 12 October 2020, CEPAS (EZ-Link and NETS FlashPay) payment services will not be available in our taxi fleet until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
SafeEntry for Street-Hail Taxi Trips

Vocational Licence (VL) Services
Vocational licence (VL) counter services at LTA Customer Service Centre (Sin Ming Drive) will reopen from 19 Jun 2020, for VL holders and new applicants who have made prior appointments. Reopening of Training and Testing Centres
Training and testing centres will resume operation from 19 Jun 2020. Please refer to the respective training and test centres official channels for the latest information on the reopening dates and training/test slots.
