To find out the status of your lost and found report, please call 6476-3033 and proceed with the following steps:
Press 1 for Lost and Found.
Press 2 for Feedback.
For facilitation, please call using the same telephone number when you made the initial report.
Premier Taxis seeks the co-operation of all its Passengers to take full responsibility of their belongings when travelling on board its taxis. In the event that they
lose their belongings on a trip. Premier Taxis will, to the best of its ability, try to locate the belongings but will not be held responsible for any loss or
damage to any of the items. Passengers can identify and collect their belongings from Premier Taxis business office during office hours (Mondays to Fridays
from 8:30 am to 6pm) except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please note that all of the items which are not claimed from Premier Taxis by their respective owners after 3 months will be donated to The Salvation Army.
Any items not accepted by The Salvation Army will be immediately disposed of.
